Programs

Airport Transfers

We provide transport support for migrant workers travelling between dormitories and the airport. Many workers live in remote areas with limited access to public transport and cannot afford private ride services. Our volunteer drivers step in to provide rides, helping workers get to the airport when returning home.

Bicycle Program

We collect, repair, and distribute bicycles, including working with condos to rescue abandoned bikes. This helps migrant workers living in far-flung areas get around more easily for work, shopping, and other essential destinations.

Bulky Item Donations

We work with donors to collect and redistribute essential and bulky items such as washing machines, refrigerators, furniture, and gym equipment for use in dormitories, while promoting sustainability by giving items a new purpose.

Casework

We support migrant workers facing issues such as salary disputes, workplace injuries, unfair termination, and repatriation. Through our volunteers and pro bono lawyers from partner organisations, we guide workers through processes and connect them to relevant support to address their cases.

Dental Care

We facilitate access to emergency dental care for workers who may not be able to afford treatment. This includes working with dental providers who offer subsidised or sponsored services.

Laptop Program

We equip migrant workers who are enrolled in higher education courses with laptops to support their learning and upskilling, giving them access to complete projects, take exams, and access other learning opportunities.

MADWISH English Classes

MADWISH stands for Make A Difference While I Stay At Home. We launched this as an online English language learning programme during the COVID-19 period and have since introduced in-person classes. We are working towards expanding the programme to include areas such as financial literacy and technical skills.

Starbucks Unsold Food Redistribution

We coordinate the collection and redistribution of surplus food from over 25 outlets across Singapore. The food is distributed to migrant workers at dormitories, worksites, and to those our volunteers encounter in the area.

Vision Care

We provide access to eye care services and spectacles for migrant workers who may not be able to afford them by partnering with optometrists and optical shops. This supports daily comfort and helps reduce risks related to poor vision at work.
