As a Programme & Operations Intern, you will work closely with IRR’s leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of our programmes, events, and initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the nonprofit sector while contributing to projects that create real social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of IRR programmes, events, and community initiatives
  • Coordinate and communicate with volunteers, beneficiaries, donors, and partners
  • Assist with outreach, engagement, and partnership development efforts
  • Support content creation and management across IRR’s social media and digital channels
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of programmes and activities

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, willing to take initiative and offer creative suggestions

Product & Technology Intern
ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR)

Are you passionate about using technology to create social impact? Join ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR) and help drive the adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions that support migrant workers in Singapore.

As a Product & Technology Intern, you will work closely with IRR’s leadership team to support the rollout, enhancement, and day-to-day management of IRR’s digital platforms. This role is ideal for students interested in product management, user experience, technology implementation, and leveraging technology for social good.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and ongoing management of IRR’s digital platforms and applications
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback from beneficiaries, volunteers, and partners to improve the user experience
  • Assist with user onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
  • Monitor user engagement and analyse usage data to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Support product documentation, troubleshooting, and issue tracking
  • Liaise with technology vendors and development partners to communicate user feedback and support feature improvements
  • Research and recommend digital tools and solutions that can strengthen IRR’s programmes and operations

Who We're Looking For

  • Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, or related fields
  • Understanding of app development processes, product lifecycles, or digital project management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and social impact
