FOR MIGRANT WORKERS

ItsRainingRaincoats is a Singapore charity that aims to build bridges of integration between migrant workers and residents of Singapore. We work to improve their welfare and believe that their seamless integration into our community will benefit not just our migrant workers but Singapore as a whole.

We run various initiatives for the benefit of migrant workers:

  1. Interactive activities like excursions to the Singapore Flyer, Christmas, Deepavali, Hari Raya and other festive programs, and many more.
  2. Learning programs like English Classes, Safety & First Aid training, Financial Planning, etc
  3. Welfare programmes in the form of meeting their dental and vision needs, supporting them for issues like salary and employment concerns, etc.

Our volunteer base comprises of individuals from all walks of life in Singapore as well as educational institutions, companies as well as other entities, corporations and schools.

We also collaborate extensively with government agencies and other stakeholders.
