  2. Learning programs like English Classes, Safety & First Aid training, Financial Planning, etc
  3. Welfare programmes in the form of meeting their dental and vision needs, supporting them for issues like salary and employment concerns, etc.

Our volunteer base comprises of individuals from all walks of life in Singapore as well as educational institutions, companies as well as other entities, corporations and schools.

We also collaborate extensively with government agencies and other stakeholders.

What we’re aiming for

We want to make an impactful difference to the migrant worker community, be it through our activities or financial contributions. Our team, along with our network of volunteers, find innovative and fun ways to integrate migrant workers into the Singapore community year-round. Our goal is not only to have our migrant workers feel welcome and safe in our society, but also to let Singaporeans have the opportunities to interact with migrant workers in various different settings.

Protect workers from their metaphoric
thunderstorms and the various
issues they face be it salary
problems, medical problems,
injuries or other issues.
Engage with stakeholders, donors, volunteers,
workers, companies and others to build
a strong ecosystem and village for
the migrant workers to thrive in.
Building bridges to connect residents
of Singapore and Migrant workers using
creative and imaginative strategies that are
simple to get behind authentic
and simple to execute.
Grow by sustainably increasing the
impact of our efforts, as well as
continue to listen to our
beneficiaries and support programs
that help them grow.
